Comprehensive electrical installation works, including supply and installation of cables, wires, cable routing systems, electrical cabinets, and process equipment electrical connections of a production line for thin recycled wood-based boards The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive electrical installation and signal connections of a production line for thin recycled wood-based boards (front-end – material preparation, forming & press, finishing line) together with supply of materials and provision of tools required for electrical assembly. The scope of works includes: 3.1 Electrical Installation: 1) Delivery and Installation of cable trays. 2) Installation of process switchgears. 3) Installation of power supply lines from designated LVD switchgears to process switchgears. 4) Delivery and installation of power cables from Process Switchgears 5) Motor connections 3.2 Signal Connections: 1) Installation of junction boxes, field devices, sensors instruments and actuators 2) Signal cabling and PLC/MCC terminations 3) OT network connections 4) Loop checks and signal testing 5) Commissioning support 3.3 Scope excluded from the subject matter of the contract: 1) Mechanical assembly of steel structures and process equipment 2) MV/LV transformers, busbars, LVD switchgears – delivery and assembly 3) Fire and explosion protection systems cabling 4) Building’s electrical installations 5) Energy plant electrical installation. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall be provided as package of additional documents, available to Tenderer, after signing the unilateral non-disclosure and non-use agreement constituting Appendix no. 3 to this document. The subject of the contract shall comply with the conditions set out in this request for quotation if it meets the requirements specified in the technical specification above, either in a compliant or equivalent manner. The subject of the contract must not have parameters inferior to those presented in the request for quotation. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to clarify the extent of equivalence of the proposed parameters. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) numerical code for the task: 51500000-7 Machinery and equipment installation services. The requirements set forth in the technical specification shall take precedence over the attached internal IKEA Manuals and Standards, which will be provided to Tenderer after signing the unilateral non-disclosure and non-use agreement. The Contractor shall be bound by the IKEA Manuals and Standards only to the extent that they relate to the subject matter of the contract. Warunki udziału: Uprawnienia do wykonywania określonej działalności lub czynności: Only an entity that meets all of the following conditions jointly may apply for the award of the contract: 1) Active business activity (in the case of domestic contractors – active entry in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) or the National Court Register (KRS)) and holding authority to conduct activities consisting in the sale of the subject of the request for quotation – verification based on the declaration constituting an integral part of the tender offer. 2) No liquidation or bankruptcy has been opened against the Tenderer – verification based on the declaration constituting an integral part of the tender offer. 3) No personal or capital relations with the Contracting Authority – verification based on the declaration constituting an integral part of the tender offer. The fulfilment of the condition shall be evaluated as fulfills/does not fulfil based on the declaration submitted by the Tenderer (Appendix no. 2 to the request for quotation). The Contracting Authority may require the Tenderer to provide additional documentation confirming compliance with this condition. The criterion shall be considered fulfilled if the Tenderer confirms that within the last 10 years prior to the offer submission deadline, or, if the business activity period is shorter, within that period, they completed at least 2 cases of electrical scope installations for technological production lines in the chemical, wood and paper, mineral, or food industries, with a contract value of at least PLN 3 million each. The Tenderer shall demonstrate that the aforementioned installations were duly performed and successfully completed. The Contracting Authority will only consider completed orders. The fulfilment of the condition shall be evaluated as fulfills/does not fulfil based on the declaration submitted by the Tenderer (Appendix no. 2 to the request for quotation). Sytuacja ekonomiczna i finansowa: Only an entity that is in an economic and financial situation ensuring the proper execution of the full scope of the subject matter of the contract, including its timely execution, and that is not in bankruptcy or liquidation, and no bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings have been initiated against the Tenderer, may apply for the award of the contract. Additionally, to ensure the proper execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that the Tenderer maintains a third-party liability insurance policy for a minimum amount of PLN 5,000,000.00 during the contract period. Presentation of the third-party liability insurance along with proof of payment, will be required at the stage of signing the contract with the selected Contractor. The fulfilment of the condition will be evaluated as fulfills/does not fulfil based on the declaration submitted by the Tenderer (Appendix no. 2 to the request for quotation). Kryteria oceny ofert: 1) Fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure set out in point 5 of RFQ. 2) Submission of a tender offer by the deadline. Failure to meet the criteria will result in the rejection of the tender offer. In the case of criterion no. 1 information may be supplemented. 1) The tender offer must comply with point 2 of RFQ. 2) Submission of all appendices set out in point 2.2 of RFQ. 3) The scope of the contract offered is in accordance with the requirements. Failure to meet the criteria will result in the rejection of the tender offer. Supplementation is permitted. Net order price Total net price (excluding VAT) for the execution of the order.
