Condensate Polishing Package

Condensate Polishing Package Experienced and qualified Companies are invited to provide a proposal for Condensate Polishing Package (Bechtel Goods and Services Code: MWDC) in accordance with quality requirements and EU Codes and Standards for the Poland Nuclear Power Plant. The scope of work shall include design, procurement, fabrication, skid mounting, shop testing, furnishing, and delivery of the Condensate Polishing Package that meets specifications, drawings, and other purchase order requirements. Delivery may be performed by either Bechtel or company, as determined by Bechtel. Interested companies must register/update their Company's information in Bechtel's iSupplier portal at https:// www.bechtel.com/supplier/. If Company has any questions or to express interest in bidding on this requirement, Company shall notify Bechtel’s Contact Person. At that point, Bechtel shall provide the interested party the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire where interested party would complete with response to Bechtel for review. Bechtel notes that previous proven capabilities and experience of similar scale and complexity will be mandatory and additional documentation/evidence may be required. The scope of work for this package consists of, but is not limited to, design, procurement, fabrication, skid mounting, shop testing, furnishing and delivery of the complete and fully operational equipment provided for each of 3 power plant units, including, but not limited to: pre-filters, condensate polisher vessels, cation & anion regenerations vessels, and other ancillary systems. Supplier shall be able to meet appropriate condensate polishing and resin regeneration equipment required to ensure 100% condensate polishing capacity (condensate flow rate 1194.25 kg/s; max. allowable pressure 44 barg) during normal power operation. NOTE: The quantities and dimensions provided above are APPROXIMATE only. The intent is to give bidders an idea of the scale of the project. Actual quantities and dimension numbers will be included in official bid package. Zakres prac dla tego pakietu obejmuje między innymi projektowanie, zakup materiałów i urządzeń, prefabrykację, montaż na ramach typu skid, próby warsztatowe, dostawę oraz przekazanie kompletnego i w pełni funkcjonalnego wyposażenia przewidzianego dla każdego z 3 bloków elektrowni, w tym między innymi: filtrów wstępnych, zbiorników układu oczyszczania kondensatu, zbiorników do regeneracji żywic kationitowych i anionitowych oraz innych systemów pomocniczych. Dostawca musi być w stanie zapewnić odpowiednie urządzenia do oczyszczania kondensatu oraz regeneracji żywic, wymagane do zapewnienia 100% wydajności oczyszczania kondensatu podczas normalnej pracy bloku (natężenie przepływu kondensatu: 1194,25 kg/s; maksymalne dopuszczalne ciśnienie: 44 barg). UWAGA: Ilości i wymiary podane powyżej są jedynie orientacyjne. Ich celem jest przedstawienie dostawcom przybliżonej skali projektu. Rzeczywiste ilości i wymiary zostaną podane w oficjalnym pakiecie przetargowym.
