Dokumentacja konstrukcyjna stanowiąca załącznik nr 3 zostanie udostępniona po przesłaniu przez oferenta podpisanego zobowiązania do zachowania poufności wg wzoru Zamawiającego udostępnionego jako załącznik nr 1.
